GasLog Ltd. and HAT Analytics Solutions Ltd. are collaborating on a significant project to implement condition monitoring for rotating machinery across 14 LNG vessels in the fleet.

This initiative combines portable and online diagnostic technologies to enhance safety, reliability and operational efficiency:

🔹 AdViSe ATEX – A handheld device for walkaround vibration measurements, including hazardous areas. It provides detailed health reports with severity levels and maintenance recommendations directly to the operator at the moment of measurement.

🔹 AdViSe Live – A real-time, wireless online monitoring system using edge analytics for the most critical assets onboard. The system is ABS PDA-certified for SMART (MHM) Tier-2, ensuring compliance with the highest maritime standards.

Both systems are using physics-based insights with data-driven algorithms for automated threshold refinement and are fully integrated with GASLOG’s ERP and the AdViSe Dashboard, enabling smooth condition-based maintenance planning.

The project includes hardware and software installation, LAN setup, crew training, ERP integration, remote monitoring, and ongoing support. It is scheduled for completion by the end of Q1 2026, with multi-year support to follow.
